I'm pumped! Actually I've been training hard at the fitness club, w/ personal trainer. This makes me HURT a LOT, but in a good way.

I'm known as Tadau Phoenix, the Director of Digital Amusement. However, I'm also known to some as Dan Barrett.
Did the high school thing, specializing in computer science, then a little college. Lived all around east Wisconsin, but mostly
Milwaukee. Been a programmer all my life, tried for game programming, but now I do WAN engineering. I designed and built this site
using my perl/html/cgi and web design skills. It's what I do in what free time I have, if I'm not rocking the FPS. Quake 3 is my
game, waiting for Doom 3.
I drive my Beretta Indy, hang with the girl-e-o'z, and other assorted social wackiness.

Like running the flaming bag for example. Every move is just as dramatic as the next. I think big, move fast, and have the
maximum amount of fun. I run Blender Night. I absorb as much trance techno as possible, sometimes writing my own music.
I do things that doesn't make a hint of sense to anyone, yet it's understood that in whatever mysterious way, I know what
I'm doing.

The Breaking Point
That's me. Taking it right to the edge. Sometimes just a little farther.
Drive. Play. Work. My personallity is the essence of the flaming bag. Running top speed plus one, short term, with
the most important role on (or in this case, in) hand. Almost like a bomb technician. I don't usually step onto the
scene unless my role is called upon. Side noting that everyday events generally don't chalk up into this catagory, but
that's where things get different, and interesting. I am to be known. And as such, public appearances set the stage
for social mayhem.
Not afraid of crowds. Hacking my way to the front row is commonplace. Theoretical, and much of the time metaphorical,
my ideas are initially cryptic. It's been somewhat of a downfall that only those that've taken the time to crack
this code truly comprehend my thoughts and actions. It's a careful mixture of complexity and strategy. Currently, I'm
working on breaking some of this chaos down, only partially conforming to the KISS idea. Keep it simple stupid.
I'm one to look for what lies beneath, inside, and through. That doesn't make anything simple. I'm a computer administrator,
programmer, and network engineer. I tend to think logically, whereas everything has a reason. "How'd it happen? Magic!" Wrong.
Don't tell me that. I don't buy it.
Thought processes become visible. I see you.
Seriousness, though, is reserved for the occasion. Pure sarcasm reigns! Gets me in trouble sometimes though. Too many
un-understandable references and the clouds form. I'm going to have fist-fulls of references in high-impact form, roving
relentlessly throughout DA. The potential for stolen cliche's, intellectual property of the mind and mouth, are quite
possible. If we don't want you to use our material, well, we'll ask nicely. Can't stop you from taking
it though. Kinda like audio watermarking. Whatever.
I equate text to tameness. However, "we have the technology". 7H15 15 N347 4Nd 411, but sCHmAcK like that is poor
use of technology at hand. So are pure flash websites that offer no useful content. What's too much, and what's too little?
My goal is to balance all of that out (not them, us), bringing me - to you. I stand above the rest - by my own will.
