Renee came to us looking for a gift for her father’s 75th birthday
party, with only a few days to spare. She had a 40 year old reel-to-reel
tape of her mother, her sister, and herself singing as a family.
Unfortunately, because of the age, and poor storage, the tape was full of
tape hiss, machine hum, static, and pops.
We were able to record the
tape into our scrubbing software and clean it up considerably. A sample of
the final result can be heard here.
Our studios contain a
dedicated 1/4 inch reel-to-reel, and record player. Additionally, we will
often borrow / rent / acquire equipment to restore customer’s special
requests.

restore your music, we will search our database and find the equipment to
make it happen.
One final note: DJ’s
will often use this service to transfer their record collections to CD to
accommodate clubs running “CD only” systems. Bulk transfer
rates are available.
